Today, after my 11-hour work day (with no break), I came home and immediately did yoga on my yoga mat (with block) to a DVD I got from Netflix. I only lasted about 32 minutes...then it was time to watch the end of American Idol :)

I can't really tell but ur apt looks REALLY nice. Is that a real fireplace in t/back? I can't wait to come visit =)
Is yoga hard? It looks uncomfortable to do on a wooden flr. Especially after an 11 hr day ( & 32 mins is a long time)!
